 Delivery and Returns
We aim to despatch your goods within 5 days of receiving your order.    Sometimes our popular items run out of stock very quickly, however if this is the case, we will inform you (via email) of any delays so that you can decide if you still want to proceed with the order.

Our orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class delivery service.

We have set all UK delivery charges are at £4.00 – no matter how many items or how heavy the order.  To make you even happier, we have decided that you should pay no delivery for orders above £50.00.

If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us to make arrangements.

Gift purchases can be sent direct to the recipient’s address (along with a personal message) with payment details sent on separately to yourself if this option is preferable.  Rest assured, we will ensure all price tags are removed before sending. Simply email your order to gifts@soulboutique.co.uk  and we will organise this for you.

Returns or Exchange
We appreciate that when shopping online, sometimes the items you ordered will be different to how you had imagined.  Therefore, as long as you return the goods to us in the same condition you received them and within 14 days of receipt, we will be more than happy to either exchange or refund the goods. However, please note that the return of items is at your own expense and an exchange will incur an additional delivery charge of £4.00.

How to return or Exchange

Please return your goods (being careful not to damage their original packaging), along with your original confirmation email/receipt and post to Soul Boutique, The Arns, Auchterarder, Perthsire, PH3 1EJ.

We process returns as soon as they arrive adn we will keep you updated via email to let you know your parcel has arrived and that you returns/exchange is being processed.

When returning an item, we recommend that you send it registered post so that it can be tracked if necessary.  Please be aware that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We strongly recommend that you send it registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post.

At Soul Boutique we treat your personal details with the utmost respect and confidentiality.   We collect your information to ensure that we can offer you the best possible service and added value going forward as an important customer.

How can I purchase products from Soul Boutique? 

ONLINE - simply choose your item and add it to your shopping basket, once you have finished shopping you can proceed through to the checkout where your order will be processed by filling in your credit card details (please rest assured our website is a secure site).   Once your order has been processed confirmation will be emailed to you immediately.

How to pay
Credit card - We accept MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Debit, and Visa Electron.

PHONE – not everyone wants to buy online.  Therefore, we have made it just as simple to order over the phone.  Simply call us on 0560 047 5776 between the hours of 9.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.   You can pay by cheque.

Cheque – please make cheques payable to Soul Boutique Ltd.  Please write your cheque card number and card expiry details on the back of the cheque.  (cheques can take up to 4 working days to clear therefore please be aware that cheque orders will take longer to process).

Complaints Process
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with the service or product you have received then please contact us to discuss the matter further.  We will be endeavour to sort out any concerns or issues you might have - having happy customers is very important to us – in our business we strive to maintain a sense of tranquillity and calm.
